About artwork:

The sculpture“Loving an Orchid”is a bronze expression of deep love and devotion between a man and a woman. The symbolism of a single blooming orchid represents a woman who blooms only for one man, for the one who truly loves her and for whom she is made. The orchid here is a symbol of the female vagina. In this work, the elements of a love bond are subtly intermingled, where a man loses his head for his chosen one and perceives her as the only one among others. Although other orchids may bloom, his attention and love belong only to that one. Loving an orchid thus embodies the concept of exceptional, pure love.
