The aesthetics of human bodies, shapes and functions, movements and gestures have always fascinated me. This observation inspired me to express all the movement on a canvas using geometric yet rounded techniques. I want to show the lightness, emphasized by harmoniously selected oil paints. You can feel the movement and the message of the painting. In this work I combine oil paints to create a world full of emotional depth and complexity. The abstract shapes and geometric lines weave together to form a figurative representation that is at once familiar and mysterious. This composition is an ode to the complexity of life and the connections between us. With each brushstroke I have conveyed a dynamic energy that will evoke a feeling of movement and vibrancy in any space.

Valentina Andrees was born in Ukraine but now lives and works in Hamburg. From an early age, she discovered her passion for colors and shapes, which became a medium for expressing deep emotions. In her work, she primarily focuses on portraits of women and animals, characterized by intense emotion and technical precision. Her pieces are known for their dramatic use of light and color, giving her subjects a unique depth and emotional resonance. The striking eyes of her subjects often captivate viewers, drawing them into the emotional core of her art. Valentina is a member of the prestigious Society of Animal Artists and has received numerous awards for her work at international exhibitions.
